Frequently Asked Questions

  • What's your Cancellation Policy?
    Although we do not refund for outright cancellations, we'll always be happy to reschedule your event free of charge! We will do our best to accommodate the new date requested, or offer our next available if another event is on our books during that time. Any requests must be made 48 hours before the start of your rental window (otherwise, invoices will incur a Rescheduling Fee of $50).
  • Can I bundle and save with more than one rental?
    Absolutely! We offer a 25% discount on our Luxe Teepee Rentals with any purchase of a Yard Card Greeting at the full rate (starting at $125 for a 24 hour rental)! This discount is only available with the combined purchase or rental of a Yard Card Greeting. Discount applies to a maximum of 12 teepees.
  • Is there a Delivery Fee?
    Delivery within 25 miles of Granbury is included with every rental, but if your event location falls outside our delivery radius, don't worry, we've still got you covered*! * A one-time fee may be applied (includes both directions for pickup and teardown)
  • Can you help me make design decisions?
    Of course, we are here to serve you! Our team has a creative eye, and we love working with our hosts to make their event memorable (and free of surprises). Some of our favorite Themes that are offered today were custom creations!
  • Is a Deposit Required?
    There is a non-refundable $100 deposit, due upon receipt of your booking to hold your date, which is then applied to the balance on your invoice. Balances must be paid 7 days prior to your event.
  • Do guests need to bring their own pillows and blanket?
    Due to hygiene reasons, guests are required to bring their own sleeping pillows. We provide the air mattresses, sheets and comfy throw blankets. As the host, you may choose to add on a pillow and/or custom pillowcases for each guest to keep!
  • Do you have any penalty charges?
    Light damage or stained property will result in a $50 cleaning fee per item. Should any items require a replacement due to severe damage, loss, theft, etc. will result in a fee equal to replacement cost of the item(s). If rental equipment is not ready for pick-up at the end of your rental window, an additional day may be charged to the card on file that was used to book your rental.
  • How far in advance do I need to book?
    We ask that you at least book 1 week in advance prior to your party. If we have availability, and you decide to book the week of your party, a minimum $125 rush fee will be added (a higher charge may be added for large parties or parties booked with less than a 48 hour notice.)
  • What's Included?
    We will work with you to create your theme. Although we do not host the party, we'll deliver, set up, and style your entire Teepee Sleepover prior to when guests are scheduled to arrive! Each Package comes complete with: Teepee, Air Mattress, Sheets, Plush Throw Blanket, Throw Pillows, Table Tray & Fun Decorations. Whenever your rental ends, we'll come to tear down your setup and haul everything off. Contact Us if you have any other questions, we're here to help!
  • Do you host the sleepover?
    No, we do not stay and host your sleepover. But we are there for you every other step of the way and will ensure that your event is set up just as you need it.
  • How much space is required?
    Each teepee measures approximately 42 x 75 inches. Please make sure there is enough space for the number of guests you will host! Feel free to Get in Touch with our team to schedule a free Design Consultation, we're here to help! Please note: All furniture must be cleared out or re-arranged prior to our arrival for setup of the Teepee Sleepover party.
  • I don't see a theme that matches my party, can you help me?
    Absolutely! Some of our favorite sleepovers came as a result of a custom client theme to fit their needs. Contact us to discuss your vision. We will work with you to design a one-of-a-kind experience!
  • What if I don't see what I need?
    Don't see what you need? Chances are we can still make your Yard Card occasion special! Contact us to discuss your vision.
  • Can I customize a Yard Card?
    Absolutely! Choose a base Yard Card to start with, then during the check out process, just complete the form to ask about additional details you would like to add to your rental, and someone with our Yard Card Team will be in contact with you to make sure we have inventory and everything to make your Yard Card Layout special!
