The Crosstown Events Design Team offers dreamy Glamping Sleepover experiences to keep you and your guests comfortable while sleeping outdoors with your friends, making memories! What's Included: Large Bell Tent (6m/20ft diameter), Decorative Floor Rug, Lanterns, Plants, Baskets and Themed Decor outside plus Twin Air Mattresses, Sheets, Plush Throw Blankets, Large Throw Pillows, Table Trays, Name Plates, Themed Decorations, LED Battery Operated Fairy Lights, Decorative Garland & Tent Accents inside (as well as Design, Delivery, Setup & Teardown Services). Pricing for the Glamping Sleepover is the same as our traditional Teepee Sleepover ($199 for the first two guests + $75 per additional guest), plus $200 for the Bell Tent. Additional nights can be added for $150 per night regardless of headcount. Head on over to the "Bell Tent Experiences" Section to add a Balloon Arch to match your theme to the inside or outside of your Glamping Sleepover! Before you Book: *Our Bell Tent requires a 27x27ft clearing for setup (with guy ropes). Please ensure you have enough space prior to booking. *Although grass is preferred, we can work on hard surfaces as needed but must know in advance to ensure the tent is sturdy and safe! *If there is no access to an electrical outlet, please let us know in advance so that we can bring a generator or battery-powered machines! *Sprinklers must be turned off prior to the event. Although the tent is water proof, we want your party to run as smoothly as possible without damage to any materials! *Setup takes 2-3 hours. Please tell us when guests will arrive to allow for enough time to set up. *Due to hygiene reasons, each guest will need to bring their own sleeping pillow. *We don't host the party, but will make sure you have everything you need prior to guest arrival. After your rental ends, our team will return to tear down all non-consumable items and haul off.
